Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdPilot(the “Service”), a product of Cruq AI. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AdPilot is an AI-assisted platform for planning, launching, managing, and analyzing advertising campaigns across connected third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. AdPilot is a tool that acts on your instructions; you remain responsible for your campaigns, budgets, and ad content.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Connected platforms

When you connect a Meta or Google Ads account, you authorize AdPilot to access and act on that account on your behalf via the platform’s API. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. You represent that you are authorized to connect and manage the accounts you link.

Advertising spend and approvals

Campaigns are created in a paused state, and actions that can spend money require your explicit approval within the Service. You are solely responsible for all advertising spend incurred on your connected accounts. AdPilot does not control platform billing and is not liable for amounts you spend.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Do not run advertising that violates the policies of the connected platforms.
• Do not attempt to access other organizations’ data, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it except as permitted by law.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to generate suggestions, ad copy, and recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all content and decisions before acting on them.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain rights in the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your content and data solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that campaign results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruq AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or advertising spend, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
